need help with materia

i just got to the point where i can meld materia but i am a lv 36 acn, sum. i am only a lv 19 weaver, so what do i hve to do to put materia on my gear? it seems like a pain in the u know what! i'm on faerie server if there r any ppl who can hlp meld 4 me that would b great!!

To insert materia into an item, you need the crafter that's capable of repairing the item (The item page will mention this), and have it at the same level to equip it. So, to put materia into a level 30 arcanist book, you'll need a level 30 alchemist. Thankfully, you can also request the aid of crafter instead of leveling the craft yourself.

Do keep in mind two things: You need a carbonized matter of the same grade as the materia (So, a Mind II materia needs a Grade 2 Carbonized Matter), and each materia has a level requirement, and can't be put into any gear lower than that (For instance, no putting a level IV materia into a level 30 item)
