Mouse Issue with dual monitors since hotfix patch.

Ever since the patch i've been having weird mouse issues both in game and out (if the game is running). This is all when in borderless window or windowed mode. In full screen the issue seems to stop.

In game i can't turn the camera left or right using the mouse (when i try and do it i move at like 1/30th normal speed).

Out of game my mouse drags and doesn't keep up with my actual mouse movements. If i close the game it works fine. Other games i don't have the issue either.

I'm having the same problem but I don't have two screens. I'm also having the problem with full-screen. I uninstalled the game and re installed it and it worked for the one time I played but when I logged out and back in it started again.

I fix this problem every single time I log in since the hotfix patch,

they way it fixes for me is by alt-tabbing out of game to windows and then back again in game,

if it doesn't work the first time try again,

this is a temporary fix, and is quite annoying yes,
