I've talked to a lot of people recently about CT being i80 and whether or not it was going to damage end-game, and at the time I hadn't touched Binding Coil yet. It was a speculative concern. Now, a week later, without full Darklight, I've cleared Turn 4. Carried or not, as a undergeared broken main-tank class I'm at the final encounter of the game, and it has all been extremely fun and well tuned, but not difficult. Most of the fights are memorization and I wasn't even required to buy any HQ food to tank this stuff. I can't imagine how they thought you'd need another tier to prepare for this, Paladins are broken, whatever, that's a mistake and you can fix it next tier.

I really like this game's content, pacing, boss mechanics, ect - the primals were great, Coil is a good starting point, but it is' about equivalent to Zul'Gurub in vanilla WoW.

Then again, tons of people are still unable to pass Garuda / Titan, so I guess I don't really know how deep down the bottom of the barrel really is.

The players who want that, are still playing FF11. The players who hated that set up, left for other games and/or playing FF14 now.

For every person out there sincerely enjoying FATEs there are 100 out there who want other, more "learn your classish" content to be better for efficient grinding. In Fates healers learn to not heal to get more kills ffs... Is that what you want the community to be like?

You will learn your class just by leveling. Your class quests which involve a bit of solo fights to progress, teach you how to stay alive with the abilities your class has. If you are playing a class as your first, the main scenario will give you the experience you need.

Nothing is stopping players from running dungeons to gain party experience if they want it. Some might say that FATE xp is better, but that is irrelevant if you look at the deeper issue which is... Why are players not wanting to group? Perhaps they are grouping and just are not grouping with you. That could be true pre-50 and post-50.

More seriously, keep digging your hole, it's only making you look worse and worse. The facts are: you chose to complain something was too easy, and a cursory glance revealed you hadn't even done that thing. Therefore your opinion it's too easy can't be trusted, since you have no first-hand experience of the thing you're complaining about.
Just beat T1-T3 a couple days after ur ridiculous comment, and first time I tried it too. Would've had T4 if DD group was better. Just because you find the game difficult, doesnt mean it is. Why so mad? Now what you have to say? I sure hope your not an adult since your so proud you can tattle on a post lol. If you don't like the heat...well, ya know. Get off the forums and go do half of what Ive done before you comment on me mr 356 posts XD

Which is ridiculous. Titan is a stupid bot with the same repeating patterns. If you don't learn after the fifth time after touching the hot stove, you never will.

Yes, it is always there. But alot of people autopilots to the most xp/h. The fact remains, if a way that encourages you to do the straight opposite of what your class should do is the most efficient way to get to cap there will be more people around not knowing their classes. It is good however that the game forces you to do some dungeoneering in the main story and that we have the class quests teaching us our class. But FATEs are lowering the potentionall of the playerbase alot.

Pretty easy to shoot your mouth off when you don't have to dodge a Landslide/WotL/Bomb Boulders on top of enduring stomps and the occasional Mountain Buster. All while trying to put DoTs on the big guy and giving the egis orders to do its thing.

I would like to see multiple difficulty levels normal/hard/insane.

IMO All of the level 50 endgame content should have a mode that's puggable with reasonable gear, and understanding of the game, BUT shouldn't require any addons/vent, etc (normal). Then there should be a tougher version that requires a high level of skill, gear, and coordination (hard). I wouldn't mind if there were something that was either impossible, or very nearly impossible (insane) - so all the people complaining about lack of endgame content can rush to some insane dead end and get stuck.

From what I hear, the HM primals are somewhere between what I have explained as normal and hard - and seem to satisfy neither the casual player, nor the OP.

Meanwhile I'm level 30, and hope the current content still has some meaning by the time I get there

Also, I'm not sure when "challange" came to be defined by moving out of puddles (WoW maybe???), but this isn't the type of challange typical of the classic FF games, and it isn't the type of challange I'm hoping for.

I have yet to get to endgame but, I will say, at level 41, i found the game horribly easy, so much..I mean I was chaining level 20 mobs, to complete my level 2 hunting log for marauder...had to wait 5 WHOLE levels to start next tier, they should just open it up as soon as you finish the current one. The party dynamics in this game are similar to most f2p mmo's, if that. basically attack what's marked till it's dead. other than limit breaks, there's nothing you as a group can boost for damage, I really wish they would bring back Skill chains and Magic bursts. would give the dps something to do rather than mash combos, but I Do like the games look it's really pretty. being able to jump is awesome also. but I will reserve my final judgement till I have done endgame, if it's just grinding same things over and over again, I'll probably quit (unless it's like Dynamis, or Sea, or Sky) then I'll be happy. well anyways I'm out take care.
