FFXIV ARR "Easy Mode"

Entire game (besides Coil, until Crystal Raid loot becomes available) is entirely free of challenging content. Most people have multiple relics and Dark-light gear or AF2. I can no longer differentiate someones skill level by the gear they have. Titan is a stupid bot with the same patterns so if you continue to die, well hey, you cant teach stupid, right? This game has officially showed the big finger to anybody who played an FF MMO for a challenge. Anytime I see someone make a post about an aspect in this game they find too easy, they get trolled. What's wrong with wanting a challenge? People are so smart on the forums yet they cant consistently dodge Titan's puddles. What are you people gonna say when the whole server has Darklight and 9/9 relics? Bring on the expansion!!!

Relics and Darklight are endgame starter gear.
You ask for challenge, but I don't see that you have even cleared Turn 1 yet.

Starter gear for what? Raids that have not been released yet? By the time CT comes out everyone will have already out geared it making it trivial. It will be on farm just as bad as CM is now, and just as easy.

Titan and BC are this games end game. Once you have Titan down you get to wait a week for a shot at BC then you have nothing to do until the next patch. There are more things for me to do as a free player of Stronghold Kingdoms than there is in this game after lvl 50.

Crystal Palace isn't even in the game yet and was supposed to bridge between DL gear and Allagan gear. Going to BCoB with DL gear (which is minimum), is like stepping into HM. The real content you should be concerned about is CP and BCoB. DL+Relic is just starter gear to get into CP. But the way the development is looking, people will be decked out with AF2+Relic making both raid dungeons pointless unless you just want to see/do the encounters.

Probably got carried by his FC or got lucky/good group for Titan...

Not good/geared enough for BC but over geared for AK and WP.

So I theorize that now he is in the sweet spot of previous content being to easy but BC out of reach and he is not challenging himself by doing crazy speed runs.

Honestly 10min WP run is harder than coil atm. If you get bored there's always 4-man titan/hydra which is by no means easy. Penta meld a full set of HQ iLvL70 gear cost around 60m, and I doubt the vast majority of people are "winning" in the game economically.

Getting Relic is just the start of the game.

I guess your main is Tank, which is the easiest class to play in Titan.

I don't even care about raid content. Two main dungeons to run end-game is piss poor. The token system is awful too.
