Hello My Loot list was missing in COBT4

My Characther Hyakko Fine (Masamune Legacy)

Today 16/10/56 around 22.40 (GMT+7) My Party and I was Finish COB Turn 4 and it's Drop 2 loots (Picture 1)

Aiming Body and Healing Body

I'm only person who NEED on this item and all of my party was PASS on this item then the problem was happen here there r no loot going to my Inventory Or Armory Chest that make us confuse (Showing on Pic2 that capture form my friend Display it's drop away but my dis play show nothing) please check on this and can you get this item back ? because we playing this Raid for long time till pass. We ll waiting for u responding.
