Hello My Loot list was missing in COBT4

My Characther Hyakko Fine (Masamune Legacy)

Today 16/10/56 around 22.40 (GMT+7) My Party and I was Finish COB Turn 4 and it's Drop 2 loots (Picture 1)

Aiming Body and Healing Body

I'm only person who NEED on this item and all of my party was PASS on this item then the problem was happen here there r no loot going to my Inventory Or Armory Chest that make us confuse (Showing on Pic2 that capture form my friend Display it's drop away but my dis play show nothing) please check on this and can you get this item back ? because we playing this Raid for long time till pass. We ll waiting for u responding.

That's pretty unfortunate that you're being given a runaround like that.

As a favor, can you re-host your "Pic 2" on Imgur or another image site? I'm consistently unable to access it on its current host, and I'm going to guess that I'm not the only one. Not sure, but it's possible that access to that could help this be resolved.

Looking at the screenshot, is it possible that you left the zone before the items dropped?

never do that because we waiting for all item drop to Inv/Armorely
that time i have very panic. why i didnt Screenshot my own display to confirm this case

Here's what I'm seeing: one of your party members (Sekk Cadiac, a BRD) rolled Need on the Aiming body and got it uncontested (so no one else in the zone had a Need roll on it; as a SCH, you'd be unable to roll Need on Aiming gear, so this makes sense) but the Healing body dropped to the floor, going to no one. Items will only drop to the floor if no one is eligible to receive them; this generally means that of the people in your party, all of them either passed on the item, already had the item, or had left the zone. It's possible that they'll do the same if the player's inventory is full, but I can see that you had 26 open inventory spaces ignoring Armory Chest, so this clearly isn't the case.

Since I don't think it's much of a stretch to say that you didn't have the item already (you wouldn't be here if you did) and that you didn't pass on the item, the main possibility that I'm seeing is that you might have accidentally left the zone before the item dropped, which would void your Need/Greed rolls. I'm not sure what else is possible; is Square-Enix able to check this?
