[PS3] The launcher won't let me input my square enix password, no virtual kb popup.

I can't input my square enix password. When I go to press X on it nothing happens. The virtual keyboard should be popping up, but it isn't.

Actually, I just found out what the problem is. It's on SE's end. I decided to try inputting my square enix password in the one time password box it kept forcing me to, and after entering the ******** appeared in the square enix password box instead of the one time box, so somehow when SE updated the launcher the text input box for square enix password is now located next to one time password, but the finished/entered text will appear in the proper box. -_-

Are you signed on to the PlayStation Network? PSN is having problems at the moment; I can't get signed on myself. Your FFXIV account is tied to your PSN account. If you aren't logged on to PSN, you can't sign on to FFXIV.

Yes, I'm signed in. The issue is with the launcher itself because when I try to use the directional pad to move the hand to square enix password it refuses to go to it. It only settles on one time password. So I have to manually move to it with the analog stick, but no button will pull up the beyboard, and sometimes even when I move to it manually with analog it will try to avoid the box and pop to ID above it or one time password below it.

Obviously God is trying to tell you that you should have an actual keyboard when you play an MMO :-)
