WP is the best option for fresh 50s gearing up, however due to recent changes it is also now the best farming instance for both ToP and ToM, so the crowd will clash again a little

I would recommend starting from Amdabor Keep because that'll give you both tomestones and it drops the Hoplite gear set for tanks. Get a friendly LS / FC group to teach you the instance. Same for Ifrit. When you get some AK gear, move on to farming Garuda for the weapon (not required for anything but it's a very good weapon and Garuda is easy to farm). You can complete all relic fights up to Garuda in pretty much AF and GC weapon. When you're geared up a bit (all slots at least AK and some DL, around 5k HP), do Titan.
As a fellow fresh 50 who has run WP twice now here is a couple things to keep in mind.
1. Your DPS is likely to out gear you badly. If you have problems keeping hate don't sweat it too much. Just ask the DPS to let you get a couple flashes off before they got for it. My first run though I had 2 bards as DPS. One had his Titan HM weapon the other had Relic +1. Needless to say I had a tough time keeping aggro but they were totally cool about it.
2. Mobs move much faster here then in previous dungeons. Even at max range for your shield throw they will be on you before Flash has cooled down.
I had the same problem as #1 when I first reached level 50. A small tip of advice - saying "please" goes a long way! While I understand that the internet is full of sh..heads, being courteous with just that one word - please - make things so much easier for yourself. As a fellow fresh 50 who has run WP twice now here is a couple things to keep in mind.

Sinth has it spot on. You don't want to jump into AK immediately. It's tough.
You can easily do HM Ifrit as you are but a couple of WP runs will probably net you some level 55 gear. I'd work on a couple of darklight pieces of armour first. Whilst it's tempting to buy accessories because they are cheap, there are bigger bonuses on the armour pieces and the HP etc will help gear you for the harder fights.
Jump into Ifrit when you feel confident and try and get your sword. That will set you up nicely for AK & Garuda. Both are a step up. For Garuda the best thing to do is watch a YouTube vid for that one to understand the fight.
Once you have a serious amount of AK and Dark Light gear you can start thinking about Titan. Titan is an awful fight for most classes but tanks have it a lot easier.
A lot of people recommended a lot of good things, BUT (yah thats a big butt) before you do any of that, go onto youtube and look up some videos on AK. Specifically watching boss 2 so u can see how the fight works. If you don't like being a burden, you absolutely cannot be "REPEL"ed off the bridge.
