Can not log in (2) (17) Error

Greetings,

This morning, I went into a cut-scene at Dragons head under a bridge and it completely crashed my computer into a blue screen. I tried to get back on however it comes up with an error and (2)(17) which prevents me logging in at all.

I made a new character on the same server to make sure it wasn't my computer and it loads up fine. However that one character is stuck and can not be playable, which was 14hours ago.

Any help would be great. Have contacted Support but with 48hour possible waiting time, have no reply yet.

since the SE (FFXIV)-Staff is unable to help in a normal matter of time you might take a seat and cross your fingers for a non-automatically generated response -.-

Due to the posts i've seen about people quitting as They never respond, is it likely i'll get my character back? lol

Still nothing. 30hours later and only been given an automated message saying they don't know >.>

Also tried re installing the game several times, clearing cache etc etc and still nope
