    animation lock for skills transition but you can move in animation, animation can also can be cancled by moving out or range but CD will still be in effect of skill you have. so this would mean your able avoid things or move during combat. but animation is factor of when you can use next skill, but movement can be done at anytime , if you within range you can move and still use the skill and do damage, but if you move out of range, it will detect that you too far away and then cancel the animation like a interrupt, so you can change to another skill or buff or w.e .

    so if you ruin your combo rotation, then its your fault for not paying attention. as i think user should be responsible use skills at right time, if users waste something that he or she needed at a time and its CD then its there own fault that there timing was wrong
