Please help PS3 graphic problems

Hi people,

Been looking on the internet for a solution to my problem yet there are none!

My problem is that in a area of 12 or more people, I firstly cannot see all people, and most annoyingly cannot see monsters. They target and hurt me yet I cannot see them, so I cannot target them.
Now after doing some research I found out that the PC players all have a "graphic settings" they can adjust for the game. PS3 do not.
Now does anyone know of any miraculous way of getting this to work better?
Please help if you can.
For information I am played wired with ethernet cable and not wireless.
I have taken off names of other party members.
I have taken off showing spells of other players.

All this has not helped atall.

Not that I know of.

I 'did' Odin yesterday and for the first two minutes I couldn't even see him.

EDIT: For reference, I limited the visual effects for my party and I still couldn't see crap.

I fixed that by getting a faster hdd for my ps3 lol

Ok thanks for the input, as I have the original FAT 40GB one, this video isn't correct for me. At the same time, as the ps4 is comming soon, I dont really want to invest in new pieces and mess up my old ps3. I was looking for a change of some setting that people have maybe found usefull?

Unfortunately no the isnt. I'm a PS3 user as well and I know how it feels. However what you describe sounds odd. I'm able to atleast see the monsters phasing in and out especially for odin and behemoth, in high populated fates/areas. My effects are all turned off. It might be your isp you can check to see if you have a good ping, 25-40 perferred.

The fix for your problem is the PS4 I believe.

The PS3 simply doesn't have the graphics processing capacity that newer PCs have. When you see graphical images, including PCs, NPCs, mobs etc... load and disappear as you move around, that is normal. The PS3 can't display everything simultaneously, so there are range limits. SE tried to make the game as playable as possible for the PS3, but the PS3 is a very old and underpowered system. the PS4 will be much better.
