Duty Finder Abuse / Selling Titan HM Wins

A trend that's popped up on my server are frequent shouts selling Titan HM wins for 200-300k. That is fine by me if a Free Company wants to try to make some gil by being mercenaries for hire.

The other component I'm totally not ok with (and I'm not saying these are all the same people) is that I've now seen people entering duty finder Titan battles wearing nothing but a weapon and not moving at all, essentially making it impossible to win using Duty Finder, which is already challenging enough because you're required to have two tanks.

I apologized if I missed it if it's already been said somewhere, but will we see a vote-to-kick feature for Duty Finder content as well as a replace for Primal battles?

It's very frustrating to have eight competent people, and one with a bad attitude drop because one person stepped on a plume by accident.

I love the pickup-and-go nature of how DF works, especially when I've only got 45 minutes here or there to play.

Those people that troll titan df are probably members of an FC that sells wins

Actually, you shouldn't have two tanks for Titan - add another DPS instead. I don't think we will see a vote-to-kick option at all.

If you're having problems with DF, may I suggest shouting for a pre-made party in Reverant's Toll?

Also, there are FCs out there that will run Titan HM for free... My FC does it (we one-shot it on a daily basis).

Lol, are you actually suggesting that the TC should pay for a HM Titan run? Maybe he just wants to do the fight for fun. Should he pay a FC every time he wants to have some fun?

If you need the win and are tired enough of DF groups to make a post about it, buying the win is a reasonable option. If you are playing titan for fun you have a strange sense of what constitutes fun. I don't know how you read my post and somehow got the idea that I was saying you should pay for fun experiences.

There's nothing wrong with dropping some cash on the opportunity to succeed. I mean, you already drop cash on gear, supplies, and an insurmountable amount of time preparing for a run - how is funneling your efforts into hiring a capable crew to give you a hand any different? It's not. More importantly, I'm sure we'll have a kick function eventually, which quite honestly scares the hell out of me. If you think those dickheads that go afk in Titan HM are bad, you have no idea how bad the average MMO gamer is in a dungeon:

As far as I know kick feature will be included starting with 2.1

MVP system in 2.1 is meant to hope to fix the behavioral issues in DF.

Vote to Kick is planned for 2.2 if MVP system doesn't fix it. However VtK won't work in DF 'Trials' because they cannot have people replaced.
