Please do not lock Jobs to the Weapon Class that unlocks them.

Maybe jobs, but not equipment/skill sets/etc.

But ... but ... you can't do that now!!

So how would it be any different with a Gladiator equipping all Thaumaturge skills because he's "emo" right now in-game, versus a Gladiator with a Black Mage Job (Gladiator/Black Mage) when the overhaul is done?
