    What I took away from all this

    1) Changes to battle in a bit more detail on what they are doing. Nothing he coulda said woulda given us hard details til we saw it in action anyway. I am fine with that. You cant really explain how to fight with the new system til you see it yourself.

    2) Job system speculation can end now. I was right, everything i predicted for it was right Jobs will unlock per quests as you advance in your class and will basicaly be enhanced versions of it with some abilities locked and others made available.

    3) 2 dungeons(not just 1) coming in 1.18 with more in development.

    lets see spamming 1 on your keyboard is so enjoyable...... i mean my finger really needs the workout...... and i love getting tendonitis in my damn finger spamming 1 to gain TP. So stop whining about auto attack its a damn godsend. Also we can now use the time we normally had to use spamming 1key to either talk in ls chat and communicate or plan wht we are gonna do w/ our tp instead of SPAMMING #1 key! and inefficiently wasting tp gains. Thank You SE. And stop whining about job system too cus all classes can do everything wishy washy class system was not helping the game any.

    Is anyone else curious about how these jobs are going to gain SP? Say at rank 30 pugilist you can unlock monk. When you switch to that job, does your rank reset to 1 or does it remain at 30? Furthermore, let's say my pugilist is already at rank 50, does my monk get rank 50 too? If not are those extra 20 ranks on pugilist useless? I'm not sure how this is going to work exactly, but I'm hoping the ranks for various jobs attached to one class are all the same, so essentially leveling one class will level up the jobs along with it too. What do you guys think?

    my biggest concern is.... Have they even started work on all that? Is it almost finished? Will we see it in patch 1.18? or 1.18a or even 1.19? ... Or have they spent all these months coming up with that plan and the work is only starting now? It does say blueprint as in not even started yet.....

    I'm not being negative here... these changes are awsome and meet all my expectations but don't tell me i'll only see them in 2012...

    its a good question

    what im predicting is that you dont level the "job" but it is considered to be the same rank as your class is(so if your a 35 pug, your a 35 monk if its equipped)

    of course we will have to wait and see

    remember that they let you specialize in certain things while hindering other aspects of the job so you can have a more specialized role
    not everyone will want to be a "monk" and for all we know(and im pretty sure itd make sense) there will be more then 1 job per class(itd make sense)

    alot of the battle changes are supposed to coincide with the new dungeon
    thats what we were originaly told

    we know they are working on them and maybe this is why the big patch is next month instead of this month
