Requirements Mte for Transfer, still no characters in Transfer

Hi! I'm a player that due to the fact that the realms were flooded when they beta started, I was never able to log onto my Friends' server (exodus), which is not a high populated realm and available for transfer actually. I Currently have 167 days left on my account along with the collectors edition, I've enjoyed the game solo so far leveling and grinding fates and such, but I can't do one thing, and that's transfer to a server with my friends so I can play. The requirements are all met on my characters, Ive logged out repeatedly and tried to to see if I could transfer, I haven't touched my game since Monday for the fact that I thought maybe me playing it is messing it up. All I ask is that this be fixed, and Im not sure exactly why none of my characters, especially my main 50 warrior, is not eligible for a transfer. Can someone please respond, and take a look at my character file to verify along with me that I am eligible??

Maybe something selling on the board or any mail at the moogle? Think of anything that could contain data relative to your server and that couldn't be transferred.
Or if you double checked the requirements I think you can only contact SE by chat/phone.

I have no mail and I have no clue how to put things on market. so that was out of the question. I just sent SE an emial right now, its annoying doing all this and not being able to do one simple thing >.<
