Titan HM tips for Duty Finder groups

Just wanted to share with you guys some tips and strategies I've figured out while doing the endless duty finder runs for the past week or so.

First of all, you want to try to convince everyone to build limit break. With good geared people, you don't need to, however this is duty finder, so there will be people who are a bit undergeared and may not know their max dps rotation.

I've heard and people keep telling me that Level 3 limit break is not required, however for duty finder groups, it's highly recommended because it shortens the margin of error and helps account for differences in gear levels. To build level 3 guaranteed, the 1st phase has to be auto-attack and the second phase has to be slow DPS. For example, on my Summoner, I would throw out Bio II, Miasma, and Bio and just keep those up, no other abilities. Ideally you will want the melee to do the lv3 limit break.

Second, and probably the most troublesome, is Weight of the Land. I've found that if you know the rotation (usually he casts WotL after a Landslide or after a Tumult that followed a Landslide) you can get out of WotL easily by pre-casting Sprint. Sprint lasts 20 seconds so if pressed right before he casts WotL, you'll have plenty of time and speed to get out.

Another way to reduce the chance of WotL from tearing into the party is by spreading out. Up until today, I realized that people liked to stand near me and clump up near me. Once I started getting my own little area, I only had to deal with 1 WotL and it became very simple to run out of. I didn't even need sprint and even if I got hit, I didn't die from it. It also alleviated it for other people b/c they had easier time identifying the route and exit points. Since WotL was no longer clumped in 3's, there was plenty of area to run no matter where you were.

Third, is the in-between phase. Often times, I see people running down the center trying to get to the tank and the rest of the party but then die to Titan falling back down. If you're too far away, you should be running to the outer edge of the platform just inside the red circle. You may not get the AOE heal but you're not going to die.

The next major issue is that healers don't realize that they've built up a ton of hate (and that the jump causes an aggro wipe) so when they hit their AOE heals (and sometimes spam it), when Titan lands, he'll go straight for the healer. This is the opportune moment to use Shroud of Saints to reduce aggro but not only that, keep in mind that you only need to do 1 AOE heal per healer so as to not build up too much hate to begin with.

Finally, if you've made it to the 5th phase (after the Heart phase), congratulations! You know the whole fight! From there on out, he'll rinse and repeat the same patterns. Just keep an eye out for them and react to them normally as you would phases 1-4.

ive never experienced an aggro reset on jumps

if that was the case medica2 would get me killed every time

only really phase1 that spamming aoe gets a healer killed, once phase2+3 are underway its usually pretty safe to medica2+regen+cure because after 1 aggro dump ive never been in danger
