    Second class relic quest requirements?

    Hello,

    I have already obtained a bow, now want to start on my Monk. What I am wondering is why I can not talk to the NPC in the Vesper Bay? Is there some requirements I need beyond lvl 50 for the second go around?

    You start a little further in the quest: You will be starting just by talking to Gerolt in Hyrstmill.
