1. I completed quest for Goobbue Mount in Final Fantasy XIV.
2. When starting Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn, didn't receive Goobbue Mount.

Did you check your retainers, and the calamity salvage npc for the goobbue whistle? If you did the quest in 1.0 and had the whistle, check both retainers and the calamity salvage npc.
