As far as I remember you have to convert your code here: http://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/ to get a new code in the correct format to use on the mog station.

Even if I choose PC it still gives me the PS3 code that won't work. It still ends up: "XXXX-XXXX-XXXX"

It says: "Here is your PlayStation Promotion Code that will allow you to download the game from the PS Store, grant you early access to FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, and the Cait Sith Doll Minion and Mog Cap in-game bonus items once the official service begins."

and:

"Select "Redeem Codes" on the PlayStation Store menu and enter the promotion code you received in email. Once the promotion code has been entered, proceed with the download process."

But when I enter the code there it won't work.
