I don't have one of those fancy-schmancy phones :c

I'm running this on my Desktop. It covers my needs for my timers.
http://ffxiv.zam.com/wiki/FFXIV_Windows_Gadget I'm not typically a big fan of ZAM, but this widget is decent, other than it seems to always display the Login server as offline for me. It would be nice to see an updated version.
I use eorzea clock for leve reset and in game time and moon phase, I did use ffxiv guide but its not updated any more, which is a shame cos it was an awesome app.I have android and have been using ffxiv app since launch, I have several of them on my phone, not sure why you couldnt find any.
The one I like the best has a widget that displays current time, moon phase and gaurdian day, by clicking on it it will display guildleve reset time. This app is called "Eorzea Clock"
Also have an app called "FFXIV Server Status" it shows server status lol
And my third one is called "FFXIV Guide" It has recipe lists, item lists, etc.
All i did was search the market for ffxiv and a few came up
Well, I made these apps just for myself because I'm getting into Android Development. I'll most likely be the only one using them, but I have no problem sharing (which is why I created this thread). Not going for something groundbreaking here :P
hahah Just installed it, that is very nice!!! My only suggestion would be to remove the shadow on the box, it doesn't match any of my themeslol just have the inner box as the end.
Keep at it![]()
I'll definitely work on the box some more, maybe even have different colors that you can choose from.
Thanks, viion! I'll keep at it!
Oh yeh colour picker would be awesomes! I use a lot of full transparency styles on my phone, have a look here for influence: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=527
Oh wow, I had no idea about that website. Haha, I'm getting pretty overwhelmed, never done any rooting or modding of any kind.
I've been curious about Android development as well. What tools are you guys using?Well, I made these apps just for myself because I'm getting into Android Development. Also, i saw where you can just use Flash CS5(and up, i think) and make apps that way instead of using something like Eclipse (not that one way is better than the other). What phones are you guys using.
Mines actually pretty old. Samsung Captivate (Firmware 2.1. uhg, i wish i would have waited).

I'm using Eclipse myself. I used Eclipse when learning Java so it seemed like the natural choice. I also have an HTC G2 at my disposal to test with. It's pretty smooth.I've been curious about Android development as well. What tools are you guys using?
