One time password not working

I'm not able to log in because it won't recognize my one time password as correct. I know it's not the actual password because when I try a password reset it's not letting me and it tells me that my one time password is incorrect. I also got an email informing me that it was put in incorrectly multiple times to log in to my account.

I tried it 3 (just in case I was derping the actual password) times with the first password that popped up on my screen when I first tried to log on and it wasn't going through. Then I tried waiting out the one time password a couple times and got nothing. So it's definitely not user error as I did the same thing when trying to reset my password and it would not go through.

There's nothing on the app itself about syncing it like on the blizz one and I can't take it off my account unless I log in, which is impossible currently.
