Mouse behavior disgusting after patch

I have two controllers that I use with my PC when playing some games with my family. Ever since the patches this week, I am experiencing horrible mouse behavior while Final Fantasy 14 is running, and this appears to be directly tied to the controllers being plugged in.

I use a wired Xbox 360 Controller to play Final Fantasy 14.
I own a Logitech Dual Action controller which I use to play other games.

I normally have both controllers plugged into my computer, since I do not need the USB ports for something else. However, when I do so and run Final Fantasy 14 as of 10/17/2013, I get horrible mouse behavior.

The mouse moves the correct distance, but does so extremely slowly. It also wobbles around for some reason near the end of its movement. My cursor looks drunk, it is THAT bad.
I can replicate this behavior. I found I must have both controllers plugged in, FF14 in windowed mode, and the FF14 window must be inactive or minimized. Either my desktop or another window must be active.
If both controllers are plugged in and the FF14 window is active, the mouse behaves normally.
If only one controller is plugged in, the mouse behaves normally regardless of the active window.

I run Windows Vista 64-bit. I have not installed anything on my computer this week except the Final Fantasy 14 patches. Immediately after patching the game I began noticing this behavior.

Also having the same problem with my mouse completely messing up and being slow and laggy. For a temporary fix I unchecked the box to have a cap for frame rates and I had to turn down my graphics which didn't solve the problem but eased up on making the mouse difficult to move around.

Do they still have the check box for hardware mouse acceleration? I know it used to be there, and if it still is then I'm sure that I have it checked. I have no problems with my Corsair M90, and I also use an X360 controller. Check it out. I don't feel like turning my computer on to check for it... Maybe later.

Try closing and uninstalling Raptr. Fixed the issue for me.

Raptr has not caused any issues prior to these patches. I can get my mouse to work properly by unplugging one controller. Why would I need to uninstall Raptr?
That being said, I'd prefer not to have to plug in and unplug my controllers just to get my games to run correctly.

Compatibility issues... You asked for a answer, he gave a reasonable one. Plus it's easy to do. You've already spent this much time troubleshooting, what's 5min to uninstall reinstall a simple app.
