90000 every time at the end of load-screen

Hi,

I get to the char-selection screen, login with my char, but at the end of the loading screen I get an error 90000 every time. Sometimes the game-world pops up for 1-2 seconds, but nothing moves, and then the 90000 follows.

But when I connected via a VPN, it works, but it's unplayable because my VPN is too slow.

I sent the server IP to the admin of the University networks (I live on a Uni campus), more precisely the following:

The IP is 199.91.189.23, a trace is included below. The port range seems to be (unofficial) TCP - 54992-55551 UDP, 55296-55551, in my case it was 55027 UDP.

He sent back:

We have P2P blocking in place which can usually cause these connection issues. However I have added a list of servers and ports to the P2P Override unblock list that we have in place.

After that, it worked fine for a few days. BUT this Monday, (after the patch?) it stopped working again! The admin says he didn't change anything. So did something change with the patch? What can I do?
