Map not updating when entering unexplored area; EXP bonus not being awarded

Time: Around 10pm BST
Frequency: Once
World name: Cerberus
Character name: Firkmann Sunnskyfsyn
Class/Level: Warrior (Lv. 37)
Party or solo: Technically party; I had my chocobo fighting alongside me
In-game time: Don't know, didn't check at the time
Area and coordinates: It started when leaving Camp Dragonhead in Coerthas Central Highland heading north (X:25 Y:15), but since then the same happened to all unexplored areas.
Steps:
1: After leaving Camp Dragonhead to the North (into an unexplored area) I immediately got a 90000 error (I didn't have time to check the map to see if it updated).
2: After logging back into the game, I found myself in Camp Dragonhead again.
3: I left Camp Dragonhead to the North again, but the map did not update and I didn't get the EXP bonus one normally receives for discovering a new location.
4: I checked another unexplored location, an area north-west of Fallgourd Float and that did not update the map either.
5: I exited the game completely, then reopened it, logged in, and the problem has seemed to resolve itself.

Although we understand your concern, if you are not experiencing this particular occurrence any more, we will be considering it resolved; as such I'm going to close this thread.
