Chocoboo Barding Where?

I just finally got my Chocoboo but didnt make a careful note from the help pop ups where to see the barding. It said there was somewhere in our GUI or menus to see the armour for the chocoboo and I want to get the best for mine. thanks for tips on this.

Also is there a way to send him "back tot he stable" after i dimsount if i dont want him to be around for fights/ i saw that you can dismount by clicking on the same icon that you summon him with but was not sure how to send him home if need be. thansk.

You can disband the party to get rid of him. Or click on him and select "Return".

To access the barding, go into Companions. At the bottom of the screen you'll see the various body sections. You click on one and then select which barding you want to use. You can mix and match various pieces from different bardings you've acquired.

ah ha, thanks so much that is great. I am so happy to finally get my friend. he will be a great companion for the Journey. It was worth the work....and I want to treat him very well and give him good protection, hopefully from my Grand Company to match me as i get my own equipment. thanks again! Will he level up with me or do i have to level him up by using him in quests?

He will always be the level you are when you call him. However, you can gain skills for him to learn. There is a quest you can do to activate this ability for him, but you can't do the quest until you hit level 30. You start it by talking to Ducette at Camp Tranquil in South Shroud.
