Looking to build Titan party for this weekend.

I'm looking to build a Titan party for this weekend. There are some rules I'm looking to make for this party but they are not written in stone and any advice/tips/suggestions are much appreciated.

1. Voice chat. I don't have a vent server so I'm looking for someone willing to let the group chat w/ them on vent or something equivalent to it. If you are on ps3 and willing/wanting to get in on this you'll have to be able to chat with us on whatever chat system we decide to use. If you are on ps3 and you have a laptop/phone you can chat with us on without a problem you are more than welcome to join us.

2. Haven't beaten Titan before. Another one not 100% written in stone but from what I can see a lot of people need Titan and I would like to have a full party of people that haven't beaten him to help the most people possible. This might be seen as a downside as someone who has beaten him can bring a lot to the table but I'm going to go by the Need before Greed system here.

3. Looking for ilvl 60+ average. Add together all the levels of your equipment including weapon/accessories/off hand (if using) and divide that number by how many items you have equipped. This goal can be reached in many ways here are some possible examples:

Ifrit Weapon, 5x ilvl 48/49 accessories, Full darklight gear
Garuda weapon, 5x ilvl 48/49 accessories, 5/6 darklight gear, 1 ilvl 60 gear
Garuda weapon, 2x ilvl 48/49 accessories, 3x darklight accessories, 6/6 ilvl 60 gear

Time frame I am currently working for is Friday evening 10pm-2am est., Saturday evening 8pm-Midnight est. and Sunday evening 8pm-Midnight est. If everyone is ready earlier or willing to stay later that is great. Here we have 12 hours to get together learn each others play style and get to know each other. More dates will be added if needed. *Times subject to change let me know what times you are available on these days and I'll update everyone as to what time frame we are currently looking at. Say if you can't make it an hour or 2 one of these days please feel free to reach me and still let me know if you are interested.

Available positions for party setup:
1 WHM -
1 Scholar - Me - Average ilvl 69 (possibly 70 by friday)
1 BRD -
1 Melee DPS -
1 Any DPS -
1 Any DPS -
1 Any Healer or DPS -
1 Tank - NOTE: If applying for tank role please understand that I'm looking for you to read out rotation while fighting. Write it out, print it or memorize it.

1 Tank, 2-3 Healers, 3-4 DPS.


Things to remember!
There will be a lot of failing. You need to realize this ahead of time. Mistakes will be made and if you aren't willing to put the time in so that we can do this as a group than you need not apply. I wont put up with any yelling at each other or being rude. We all have the same goal here and the more comfortable everyone is the easier things will be. Lets just relax and take the hits as the come.

Friday 10/25 - Meeting everyone chat and strat. Practicing positioning/moves/rotation. (No food necessary)
Saturday 10/26 - More practice and possible victory? (Please bring food/drinik for your job/role this day.)
Sunday 10/27 - Titan Grind (Please bring food/drink for your job/role this day.)
