If we're going to play we people we don't know can we at least have a rep system. It doesn't have to be complex, at the end of a run you just rate someone on how competent you think they are, then in future runs you are paired with people of similar rep.

It just seems like such a risk joining a PUG and not knowing anything about the potential people you'll be playing with.
