That same thing has happened to me 3 times since the maintenance this week as well. I've had to open task manager and exit it through there. Sorry I have no suggestions on how avoid it, but at least now you know you aren't aloneEver since maintenance this week, my client does not close properly when exiting FFXIV:ARR. It logs out into a black screen and just sits there. I have to end process in task manager to completely exit the programme.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions or fixes?
