Huge incentive to join dungeon already in progress?

Hi all, I would like to discuss the topic of dungeon deserters.

Be that it may, some players leave willingly and by doing so, it ruins the entire experience for players who are left in the dungeon already.

Also it ruins the dungeon because if the group progresses enough throughout the dungeon and say a tank or healer role leaves, the party may never get a tank or healer at all to join because there is just not enough incentive to join a dungeon already in progress.

My remedy to that situation would be to give a larger exp bonus to any player willing to join a dungeon already in progress. Similar to how we gain a bonus exp by doing the dungeon with newer players.

The incentive, at least for level 50 dungeons, is that you get tomestones for a lot less work as the bosses give more stones the further in you are.

Right now all we need is the vote to kick feature so that you can get rid of trolls/problem people. I would queue up more often for in-progress stuff if I know I am less likely to get a ditched AFK troll and stuff like that.
