    only 1 legacy server has character creation restrictions atm, so i doubt its that much of an issue and neither do i think that legacy players would transfer to non-legacy servers that are in need of players.

    I guess this is the price to pay for all the legacy benefits you recieved. Sorry but i agree, i'd rather not have legacy players on Leviathan at the moment.
