It happens when you cast Aetherflow too fast right after Energy Drain, I think. Happened a few times in Binding Coil, had to get bard to mana song -_-
Not really about Aetherflow, but I'm wondering if this is what happens with my fairy sometimes. I have her on steady and when I use one of her spells(usually whispering dawn) then immediately put her back on steady it doesn't look like she casts the spell, or at least I never see it on anyone in the party :/.
