I cannot continue with the storyline quests or get to any of the end game content because I cannot reach Cid to start the Lady of the Vortex quest. I was lvl 43 when I went to the area in the first place and I couldn't get back once lvl 44.

1.I tried to talk to the ticketeer to see if I could be taken to the platform that Cid is on.
2. The ticketeer didn't have it as an option
3. The quest is in a normally unreachable area. except right after completeing the quest before.
