Lodestone: Select Character Error

I just tried to login to the lodestone and when I do I get the following:

Use of the Lodestone requires a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account with at least one character.
Please log-in again after you have created a character in-game.


I was just on the lodestone a few hours earlier. In addition, I attempted to search for my character and she doesn't show up in the character search (as well as a few other people I know). She also doesn't show up in any of my friends 'following' lists.

If it makes any difference, I just recently transferred to the Faerie server a little less than 24 hours ago.
