also try looking for lower tier HQs, they come pretty close to top tier and are sometimes cheaper
IE. Black Truffle Risotto > buttons in a blanket HQ
Apkallu Omelette > Deviled Eggs HQ

I use +crit food, as a scholar. I believe they're all egg themed; I would use the best one you can reasonably afford.
