    Best I can tell you is to check your e-mail when you first registered your one-time password on the application for your phone or your physical token. SE ensures that you receive this e-mail and tell you to keep it in a very safe place. I do not believe there is no other way than to go through SE support, and then you have to prove that it is you and your account as well.
