    About Emergency Removal Password (OTP)

    Did anyone know the other way to take the Emergency Removal Password because I think if we forget or we lost it we have to contact to the support team I think it will take a long time

    So I would like to ask everyone did anyone find the other way to recovery or the other way to see our Emergency code not only from our Account

    And other question is did anyone know the other way to removal our OTP.

    If anyone know please shared in this Thread.

    Best I can tell you is to check your e-mail when you first registered your one-time password on the application for your phone or your physical token. SE ensures that you receive this e-mail and tell you to keep it in a very safe place. I do not believe there is no other way than to go through SE support, and then you have to prove that it is you and your account as well.

    Emergency pw is not in the email from SE, just your ID and the serial number. Just registered my phone token and that is the email I got, logged into my mogstation and had the emergency removal pw right there. Will have to call them i'm afraid Good Luck
