Well since the server transfers were behind about a month I think they may just release the Lightning FATE in Nov and may hold off for 2.1 full update in dec. It is hard to tell with no real updates or predictions from Yoshi/or/SE. They claim its still in November but don't be disappointed if its a month or so late.
