i have been trying to do the level 40 fisher quest and have run into a issue.....

After spending 2 gametime days sitting in New Gridania, it has still yet to rain, the sky became cloudy twice, even said according to the little icon it was raining (but it wasnt) and the target fish can only be caught in the rain, so since its not registering it as raining, you cant catch the fish which breaks other weather related issues as well......
