Phial of Fantasia Question

I purchased the PS3 and Windows versions of FFXIV so I had 60 free days. Additionally I put all my CC info in and enabled auto renewals so it would auto renew when the time came.

That was all 31 days ago. I had hoped I would get the Phial of Fantasia on my 30th day but I didn't. Am I going to have to wait 60 days because I bought both versions?

hmm that's a good question - does it not give you things until its literally charged for the first time? :< seems unfair ! But that's the only explanation I can think of becuz other than UK using game cards you couldn't get the 90 day rewards until its charged and ppl were upset about that so maybe its sorta the same situation @___@

You wont get the item to payment starts so ya you have to wait
