Hello! Thank you all for your posts concerning this issue. It appears that this issue may be a technical issue rather than an actual bug. The Technical Support boards also contain discussions where technical-savvy users assist other users in technical troubles they may be experiencing. Are you serious? You just moved this thread here when it was already in the bug reports, and now you want someone to post it back? I really appreciate a response to this on going technical/bug error that a lot of us, including myself, are experiencing, but why give us the run around?
