Friend and I got charged even though we cancelled Automatic Renewal?

Hi,

My friend and I selected the cancel automatic renewal option a couple of weeks ago. When we looked at our online banking information today, we were still auto-billed for the next 3 months. The strange part is that when I looked at my account using Mog Station, the Automatic Renewal button was still there? Is this some kind of joke lol?

SE just stole money from us even after we chose not to renew our accounts. We both like this game, but we don't have time to play it for awhile.
