PS3 - At login unarmed shows armed hotbar

Steps:
I've totally customized my hotbars, with set 7-8 for unarmed and 1-2 for armed. Everytime I login the character is unarmed but it shows the armed hotbar (hotbar 1). I know, not a big deal but a bit annoying.
