You don't even need a third party addon to get rid of Metro UI anymore. It is just like Windows 7, but faster.

Who designed a feature where you have to go to the top of the screen in order to have your mouse cursor change to a hand, so that you can press and hold the mouse button in order to grab hold of an App and drag it all the way down to the bottom to close it? It makes sense with a Touch interface, not so much with a mouse. (^_^ )

When you get used to that, Windows 8 runs smooth as silk.

Please do just the smallest bit of research before talking. It's a small upgrade, but never the less superior to Windows 7, and you can disable Metro/ have the Start button.
