BRD LB Change plz

Why would you ever have a bard (dps) LB anyway?

Their weapon damage is 10% lower than that of a MNK/DRG.

Perhaps stacking CD's would work, but those two have the 2 biggest damage increasing stackers already anyway (RS and BfB).

So...even if you gave BRD a dps cooldown...you would never use it unless you only had bards.

No buffs affect LBs. LB DMG is based on the cumulative iLvl of PT's weapons. It's actually most beneficial to have the worst DPS LB so you can have your high DPS keep pushing out their numbers.
