UI elements move around randomly since update 2.05

Steps:
Everytime I log in with my character, I notice that my objective list and enmity list have moved up or down from the default configuration (I don't think I've seen other elements move, but I can't exclude it. Maybe the party list?). They'll move either up or down, but never to the sides. If I login several times without putting them back in place they'll move farther and farther.

Some additional details that may be useful:

• I play on the PC in 1280x720 (I could try on PS3, but not before next week-end)
• I use the gamepad UI
• My client's language is set to French

I often have issues with the "Duty List" on PS3. It keeps moving up or down randomly.
