Lost Allagan Tasslet of Maiming as the sole Dragoon in Coil 1 Due to a 90000 Error

Unknown, I did not look at in game time when it occured

Steps:
1. Just killed Cadeuceus with the 8 man party that I am in a free company with.
2. Two chests dropped.
3. Opened both chests.
4. One of the chests contained a Allagan Tasslet of Maiming.
5. Roled on the Allagan Tasslet as the only Dragoon.
6. Instantly 90000 error kicked me from the game.
7. The belt went to Chrono Trigger who rolled greed because he did not want to lose the belt in limbo when the d/c occurred.
8. No belt.
