Running quite a few parties there have been quite a few times that I've had to explain to members why people didn't like the lambs being killed. They honestly did not know and may have ended up being on the receiving end had they carried on in ignorance. Though at the same time I've seen people post "lolol I'm only doing it to wind you all up". These people didn't care about whether or not the fate was an unintentional bug, they just wanted to cause trouble, and that is who SE have pandered to.
Not going to lie here. When I was leveling up my second class and people were screaming in /sh "get in the ****ing middle you ****ing ******s" and "omfg these guys ****ing suck at this FATE" and such, even though I wasn't part of the problem, a particular AoE-heavy group complaining about mobs not being in a perfect cluster for them to AoE and potentially prevent most other groups there from getting exp due to them not being able to deal enough damage from the AoE group's damage if they missed the claim... Well, that really rubbed me the wrong way. I was really tempted to go kill the lambs just to dole out some humility, but I stopped myself. People in online games are really the worst at social skills.
