Map Mouseover Display not showing

So when I look at my map, I used to be able to mouse over crystals or areas and it would pop up the name. Now it doesn't and I have to rely on actually reading the font that's written on the map (which is very, very difficult to read). Anyone else have this issue and/or know a way to get this fixed? This has only happened after the patch update and I tried restarting my game, etc. Thank you people in advance for your help in this matter.
