Constant lag spikes in duties this week

Am I the only one seeing constant lag spikes of 2-5 seconds in duties? Had this issue since the Tuesday patch in AK, WP, and Titan HM especially. Also seen up to five second lag when mining in random zones. It's sporadic, like maybe minutes apart, but tonight was the worst, where in WP after about half the zone it was happening every few seconds. I know others on my server that are having the same problem. All connection tests have me rocking a solid 15 mbps down/1 mbps up which is my normal speed.
