Im hoping this is the correct place for feedback of any sort.
I would like to point out an issue that I have been dealing with when it comes to submitting tickets. Every time I submit one I receive a general cut and paste email back as a response. This is the same one every time. I get no further response, just that one email which only serves to tell me to figure it out on my own by looking through the forums or to click a link for further assistance. When I click on that link it shoots me over to another page to submit a request for more assistance. .
I need some real help. My suggestion is for support to give it to me straight and let me know if they cannot help me instead of waste my time recreating tickets for the same issue that has not been resolved yet. I hate nothing more then running around in circles.
