Obviously, I'm a THM and this specific instruction will work only for THM. But the important part is the <tt> (target of target). I am able to get a few hits in while waiting for the enemy to load on my screen. I am sure you can position yourself within your spell/skill's range and tweak it to successfully hit.

<tt> was not discussed... It is a good thing that you mentioned it, but thankfully... I have yet to need <tt> with these settings.
